Fitness Club

At our fitness centre can be found not only modern strength-building equipment of the brand STAR TRAC, but also special machines designed exactly for circuit training which is used as an effective way to develop both strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously. Besides the gym there are also offered two spacious aerobics halls. One hall is designated as a place for spinning which is, as well as strength-building and cardio machines, equipped with the state-of-the-art spinning bicycles of the brand STAR TRAC. In the other hall there is a wide range of exercises prepared for you - such as aerobic, Pilates, Balantes, power yoga etc. More detailed information about our lessons is provided in our timetable.

For our clients there will be on-hand a professional team of personal instructors that will be pleased to guide and assist every step of your way to better health, a more perfect figure or just a better mood. They will answer your questions concerning the machines, your training programme arrangement or your nutrition plan.

The spacious and modern gym with the cardio fitness and our sport bar give you a great opportunity to fulfil yourself and improve your fitness and health.
